Stephen Ruffino was a candidate for judge of the Pelham Town Court in Westchester County, New York.[1]

Ruffino ran for election as a Town Justice on November 8th after winning the Republican and Conservative primaries. He earned 3% of the vote and was defeated by incumbent Stephen F. Huff and John DeChiaro for two open seats in the General Election.[2][1]
