Stephen Slesnick
Stephen Slesnick is a former Democratic member of the Ohio House of Representatives, representing District 49 from 2008 to 2016.
Slesnick did not seek re-election to the Ohio House of Representatives in 2016 because he was term-limited.
Biography
Slesnick earned his B.S. in Consumer Affairs from The Ohio State University. His professional experience includes serving as vice president of Slesnick Iron & Metal.[1]

Elections for the Ohio House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 6, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 5, 2014. Incumbent Stephen Slesnick was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Dallas Charton was unopposed in the Republican primary. Slesnick defeated Charton in the general election.[5]

2012
Slesnick won re-election in the 2012 election for Ohio House, District 49. Slesnick was unopposed in the March 6 Democratic primary election and defeated Monique Moore (R) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[6][7][8][9]

Slesnick won re-election to District 52 of the Ohio House of Representatives.[10] He defeated Travis Secrest (R) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[11][12]

On November 4, 2008, Slesnick won election to the Ohio House of Representatives.[13][14] He defeated Richard Hart (R) in the general election.[15]
