Stephen Smith is a Republican and judge on the partisan Geneva County District Court in Alabama. He was first elected to the court in 2010. Smith won re-election in the general election on November 8, 2016.

Biography

Smith received his B.A. in history from the University of Alabama in 1991 and his J.D. from the university's school of law in 1995. He worked in the office of the Geneva County District Attorney. Prior to this, he worked in private practice.[1]
