Stephen P. Spratt is a former Democratic member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Hillsborough 4 from 2012 to 2014. Spratt did not seek re-election in 2014.

Spratt won election in the 2012 election for New Hampshire House of Representatives, Hillsborough 4. Spratt ran unopposed in the September 11 primary and won election in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]

For example, an advocacy group’s scorecard may assess a legislator’s voting record on one issue while a state newspaper’s scorecard may evaluate the voting record in its entirety.
