Stephen Thomas Millan was a judge for the Eleventh Circuit Court in Florida. He was elected to the court in 2014 for a term beginning on January 6, 2015.[1] He resigned on August 3, 2018, after he raced removal from the bench for judicial misconduct.[2]

Primary: He was elected in the primary on August 26, 2014, receiving 57.6 percent of the vote. He competed against Thomas Aquinas Cobitz.

Millan received his undergraduate degrees in history and English literature from Boston College in 1987 and his J.D. degree from the Northeastern University School of Law.[4]
