Stephen W. Berrier

Stephen W. Berrier is a judge on the Yuba County Superior Court. He was appointed in December 2010 by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to succeed James L. Curry. His term expires on December 31, 2012.[1]
Education
Berrier received his undergraduate degree from California State University, Davis and his J.D. McGeorge School of Law.[1]
Career
Before joining the court, Berrier spent his legal career in private practice.[1]
2012 election
Berrier ran for re-election to the superior court in 2012. As an unopposed incumbent, his name did not appear on the ballot. After the primary election, he was automatically re-elected.[2][3]
