Biography
Wallace received his bachelor of science degree from Birmingham-Southern College and his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law. After graduating from law school, Wallace went into private practice. He went on to serve as a special district court judge and a special municipal court prosecutor.[1]

Wallace defeated Amber Ladner in the primary election with 58 percent of the vote.[3] He then defeated Gloria Bahakel in the general election, earning 50.86 percent of the vote compared to Bahakel's 49.14 percent.[4]
