- I will serve the citizens of my community with a true sense of open transparency, accountability and integrity. The public must know in a timely fashion about all events that have the potential impact their lives. You must not only earn the respect and trust of the community that you represent and serve but maintain that respect and trust. Building and maintaining relationships through direct communication is my goal. I will always maintain an open-door policy if elected to serve.
- In order to have a thriving community you must have community engagement. In a democracy everyone has a voice and it is up to the person to decide whether or not to engage. With that being said, I believe that you have the right to have your voice heard and no one has the right to stifle your voice. The first amendment guarantees your right to free speech, and we must all work to protect and ensure this right is respected and protected. Regardless of your race, sex, sexual orientation, creed, color, ethnicity, religious faith, economical status, or political affiliation.
- I believe the key to building economic stability through the public safety sector relies on 4 things. You must have a vision and a plan to increase the general safety of the public. You must ensure that your educational institutions, at all levels, are protected to enhance the learning environment. Community engagement is paramount in providing information to protect all citizens of our communities. This will then attract businesses and industries to invest in the workforce of our communities. Engagement on all levels will promote success.
