Steve Fuller is a judge for the Pinal County Superior Court in Arizona. He was elected in 2010 for a term expiring in 2014.[1] He was retained on November 4, 2014, for a term that expired on January 6, 2019.[2][3]

Fuller was retained to the Pinal County Superior Court with 75.7 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [3] 

Evaluation

The Judicial Performance Review Commission provides Arizona voters with an evaluation of each judge up for retention. The commission votes on whether a candidate meets or does not meet the JPR standards. Each judge is assessed on their legal ability, integrity, communication skills, judicial temperament and administrative performance.[4]

The commission voted that Fuller met the JPR standards. The vote was 29-0 in favor of retention.[3]

2010

Fuller defeated Larry Wharton in the general election for the Pinal County Superior Court, winning 66.58% of the vote.[1]

Education

Fuller received his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University in 1989, his M.A. from American University in 1990 and his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma in 1993.[5]

Career

In 2002, Fuller started working with the Pinal County Attorney's Office. Prior to this, he served in the Maricopa Attorney's Office. From 2007 until his election to a full term, Fuller was a judge pro tem in Pinal County while working in private practice.[5]
