Stephen C. Grefer is a judge for the 24th Judicial District, Division J in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. He was elected to the court on February 15, 2013.[1] He was re-elected in 2014 for a term beginning on January 1, 2015, and expiring on December 31, 2020.[2][3]
