Steve Huth was a member of the Janesville School District Board of Education At-large in Wisconsin. Huth assumed office in 2015.

Huth ran for re-election to the Janesville School District Board of Education At-large in Wisconsin. Huth won in the general election on April 3, 2018.

Huth previously served on the board from 1993 to 1994.[1]

Huth retired from Janesville School District in July 2014, having spent 20 years as a technical education coordinator, summer school director and educational programs coordinator. He has his bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and two master's degrees, one from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in school business management and the other from Cardinal Stritch University in educational leadership. He and his wife, Tammy, have lived in the Janesville area for over 25 years.[2]

Three seats on the Janesville School District school board in Wisconsin were up for at-large general election on April 3, 2018. Incumbents Greg Ardrey, Steve Huth, and Carla Quirk were the only candidates to file for election and were unopposed in their bids for re-election.[3][4]

The general election on April 7, 2015, in Janesville School District featured three at-large seats up for election. Incumbent Greg Ardrey sought re-election against challenger Carla Quirk. Incumbent David DiStefano and challenger Diane Eyers were removed from the ballot in January 2015, due to insufficient information on their nomination papers. The third seat was filled by write-in candidate and retired district employee Steve Huth. DiStefano and receptionist also Julieta Henry ran as write-in candidates but were unsuccessful.
