My wife and I are the parents of 3 elementary school students enrolled in Union County Public Schools. I am an attorney, and have been a member of the NC Bar for the past 20 years.
  • All Union County students deserve a great school no matter where they live.
  • Welcome and embrace all UCPS students and their families, and support teachers and staff.
  • Union County voters deserve greater financial transparency and an improved budgeting process for UCPS.
I am passionate about public education, about improving the Union County Public Schools so that every child in the County can go to a good school and get a great education. I am passionate about supporting all UCPS students and families, so that each student can reach his or her potential and succeed in their chosen path.
My first job in high school was working at a local ice cream shop in Eastlake, OH, which I did for 2 summers. I also worked in retail during high school and college.
