Steve Mikutel
Steve Mikutel (Democratic Party) was a member of the Connecticut House of Representatives, representing District 45. Mikutel assumed office in 2003. Mikutel left office in 2015.

Mikutel is a former Democratic member of the Connecticut House of Representatives, representing District 45 from 2003 to 2015. He served as the House Majority Whip At-Large and on the Griswold Democratic Town Committee. Mikutel did not seek re-election in 2014.
Biography
Mikutel's professional experience includes working as a financial consultant.
He served on the Griswold Youth Services Commission from 1990-1994, Griswold Board of Finance from 1977-1994, and Griswold Economic Development Commission from 1981-1983.[1]

Mikutel ran in the 2012 election for Connecticut House of Representatives District 45. Mikutel ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on August 14, 2012. He defeated Rich Eighme (R) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2][3][4]
2010
Mikutel ran for re-election to the 45th District seat in 2010. He defeated Michael Zelaski (R) in the November 2 general election.

2008
On November 4, 2008, Mikutel won re-election to the Connecticut House of Representatives from Connecticut's 45th District, defeating Ed Berdick (R). Mikutel received 7,467 votes in the election while Berdick received 2,489 votes.[5] Mikutel raised $1,987 for his campaign.[6]
