I have been a resident of Cowlitz County since 1994 own businesses and Cowlitz County over 20 years. I have been a coach for baseball wrestling and football in Kalama and Kelso for over 20 years also. I have been a leader in my church for over 15 years I have started three foundations. The Roosevelt Elk Foundation to help find a cure for the hoof rot that is killing our elk. I started the Rader leadership and Outdoor Adventure Foundation to help teach youth leadership and communication skills and I also co-founded the Brighton sport Foundation to help caregivers with leadership, management and communication skills to give them some upward mobility within that industry.
  • I would like to work on changing the perception of Cowlitz County with its citizens and with the people in our surrounding counties we need leadership with a vision for what our great County can be and working with and collaborating Municipal leaders and citizens to help make that Vision become a reality.
  • I also want to bring a new level of communication between the county staff and the leadership from the county and the citizens of our great county. To work together to solve our problems and come up with a strategic response and solutions for the future.
  • I plan on coming up with creative outside the box thinking to come up with ways to create more funding without increasing taxes.
Christ. He treated everyone with kindness love and respect. We need more of this in our society.
To insure the government stays with it boundaries as identified within the state and federal constitution. To provide the service to the taxpayers that they deserve and pay for.
I am a leader, good listener, and I have great people skills. I ask alot of questions and gather information to critically analyze the situation and make a decision. I have build teams of people who are better at certain things than I am, and utilize everyone's strengths for the better good of the whole.
Protect Individual rights and providing government services to its citizens.
To care about the citizens as individuals.
Atomic habits. Helped me understand more about myself and how to improve as a person.
Being called to a leadership position with in my church at the beginning of covid was probably the most difficult 6 months of my life, but I also grew more as a leader and a person than any other time in my life.
