Biography
Wellman previously worked as a tax consultant and served on the advisory board of the American National Bank and Community Memorial Hospital Board of Directors. He served on the agricultural advisory committee for Gov. Pete Ricketts and for President Donald Trump and was president and chairman of the American Soybean Association.[1]
