Steve William Laible (Democratic Party) ran for election to the U.S. House to represent Oregon's 2nd Congressional District. He lost in the Democratic primary on May 21, 2024.
Biography
Steve William Laible was born in Ashland, Oregon. Laible served in the U.S. Air Force from 1971 to 1993. He earned a bachelor's degree from Hawaii Pacific University in 1982. He earned a graduate degree from Golden Gate University in 1988. Laible's career experience includes working as an author of children's books and as a publisher with the Kodel Group. He has been affiliated with the American Legion.[1]
