Steven Anthimides is a former Republican member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing District 98 from 2014 to 2017.[1] He was defeated in the general election on November 8, 2016.

The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 2, 2014. Steven Crum defeated Eric Bell in the Democratic primary. Incumbent Steven Anthimides was unopposed in the Republican primary. Anthimides defeated Crum in the general election.[7][8]
