Steven C. Frucci
Steven C. Frucci is a judge of the Virginia Court of Appeals. He assumed office on March 16, 2024. His current term ends on March 16, 2032.
Education
Frucci received both his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.[1]
Career
Prior to his appointment to the Virginia Beach Circuit Court, Frucci served as a district court judge for the 2nd Judicial District from 2009 to 2013. Before his judicial career, Frucci worked as an attorney in private practice for eighteen years.[2]
