Steven C. Tolliver is a judge for the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. He was elected to the bench in 2013 for a term that will expire in 2023.[1]

2013 election

Tolliver ran for election to the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.

Primary: He received 37.4 percent of the vote in the Democratic primary on May 21, 2013. He also cross-filed as a Republican, but lost that primary with 13.5% of the vote. 
General: He was elected in the general election on November 5, 2013, with 25.4 percent of the vote. Gail Weilheimer, Sharon Giamporcaro and Maureen Coggins were also on the ballot, competing for two open seats.

Tolliver received his undergraduate degree from Oberlin College in 1977 and his J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law in 1980.[5]
