Steven D. Wheeler
Steven D. Wheeler was a Minnesota Second Judicial District judge for Ramsey County, Minnesota. He was appointed by Gov. Ventura in 2002 and was elected in 2004 to a full term.[1] He retired in 2012, succeeded by Patrick Diamond.[2]
Education
Wheeler received his B.A. degree from Macalester College in 1966 and his J.D. degree from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1970.[1]
Career
Judge Wheeler began his legal career in 1970 as an attorney for the firm of Murnane, Conlin, White and Brandt. From 1973 to 1991, he worked for Northwest Airlines in various positions, including labor relations attorney, corporate counsel, and vice president.[1]
2010 election
Wheeler was re-elected after running unopposed.[3]
