Campaign website
Fowler's campaign website stated the following:

On the Issues SECURE OUR BORDER I am adamantly opposed to any form of amnesty. Americans, and particularly Texans, have witnessed the harmful effects of an unsecure border, endangering the lives both of citizens and those who enter illegally. President Biden’s policies have encouraged drug smugglers, child abusers, murderers, and other dangerous criminals to traffic immigrant children into our nation under life-threatening conditions. In Congress, I will fight like hell to finish the border wall, reinstate President Trump’s remain in Mexico policy, and double the size of the Border Patrol on the Mexican border. SECOND AMENDMENT RIGHTS I am an NRA Certified Handgun Instructor and a certified Texas Concealed Handgun Licensing Instructor. I have taught the CHL course to over 1000 students. I don’t just talk the talk when it comes to 2nd amendment rights, I’m out there teaching courses and helping others exercise their rights. When you elect me, you can be assured I’ll always fight for your 2nd amendment rights. JOBS Free enterprise, not government intervention, creates jobs. In Congress, I will fight to reduce the regulatory burden on businesses in order to stimulate lasting economic growth. As the owner of a mortgage brokerage, I sees the costs of overregulation on small businesses first-hand. I will fight for the high-paying Oil and Gas jobs that are so important to our communities and work hard to double the size of the Border Patrol. Doubling the Border Patrol will help stop the flow of illegal aliens into our region, while also providing high-quality, high-paying jobs for our community. PROTECT THE RIGHT TO LIFE I will always vote for the protection of unborn life and vote against taxpayer funding for abortion. Every life is a precious gift from God. As a father and a Christian, I 100% support the right to life as the first and most vital right. We NEED strong representation in Washington that will stand for the right to life and stand against attacks on the unborn and all innocent life in our nation. STRONG MILITARY/NATIONAL SECURITY I have served as an officer in the military for almost 18 years. I’ve flown combat missions over Afghanistan, served as a war-planner in the Pacific theater, worked on the personal staff of a member of the Joint Chiefs at the Pentagon, and worked as a Defense Advisor to a US Senator and member of the Senate Armed Services Committee. When you elect me as your Representative, you can be assured I will always be a fighter for the military and a strong national defense. SECURITY FOR YOUR FAMILY I strongly support law enforcement, the military, and the Border Patrol. My dad and grandpa were both Houston Police Officers for over 30 years, and my sister and her husband are both Deputy Sheriffs. I have served in the US Air Force for almost 18 years, flying combat missions overseas. I will always fight to fully fund our law enforcement and double the size of the Border Patrol on the Mexican border. SCHOOL CHOICE Parents should not be locked into a poor school district solely because their home is within the district boundaries. A voucher program would allow parents to make choices that are better for their children and improve the quality of education for everyone. Public schools would be forced to improve to compete for students. STAND FOR ELECTION INTEGRITY Elections are the cornerstone of our republic and the liberty of our nation. Texas has some of the most secure elections in the world, but even one case of voter fraud is one too many and other states have not held themselves to our standard of excellence. I will stand against voter fraud and efforts to subvert the sanctity of our electoral process. This is not a partisan issue, this is a commonsense issue. Our votes must be cast, collected, and counted in a way that is 100% secure and accurate.[4] |
