Godfrey ran for re-election for judge of the Allen County Superior Court Criminal Division No. 4 in Indiana. He won in the general election on November 8, 2022.
Godfrey was appointed to the court on October 16, 2020, by Governor Eric Holcomb (R) to replace Wendy W. Davis.[1][2]
