Steven Hornstein is a judge for the New York City Criminal Court in New York. He was appointed to this position by Mayor Michael Bloomberg in 2013.[1]
Education
Hornstein received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany, and earned his law degree from New York Law School.[1]
Career
Before his appointment to the bench, Hornstein worked for the Bronx County District Attorney's Office. He was also a criminal defense attorney in private practice for over twenty years.[1]
