Steven K. Sharpe is a judge for the First District Court in Laramie County, Wyoming. He was appointed by Governor Matt Mead in November 2012 to fill the vacancy left by Michael K. Davis (Wyoming), who moved to the Wyoming Supreme Court.[1] He was retained by voters in 2014, winning a four-year term that expires on January 3, 2021. [2]

Sharpe was retained to the First District Court with 76.2 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [3] 

Education

Sharpe earned his B.A. from the University of Denver and his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame.[4]

Career

Before his appointment to the First District Court, Sharpe was an assistant U.S. attorney.[1]
