Steven L. Marquart is Judge No. 4 for the East Central Judicial District of North Dakota. Marquart is based out of Fargo, North Dakota, which is located in Cass County. He was first elected to the bench in 2004.[1]

Marquart won re-election to a new six-year term in 2016.
