Steven M. Kretzer was a 2012 judicial candidate for the 19th Circuit Court.

2012 election

Kretzer ran unsuccessfully for election to the 19th Circuit Court, Division 1. He was defeated by incumbent Jon Beetem in the August 7th primary.[1]

Education

Kretzer received his undergraduate degree from Southwest Baptist University and his law degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia.[2]

Career

Kretzer began his career in 2004 as a private practice lawyer. In 2006, he worked for the state government. Since 2007, he has served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney.[2]
