Steven R. Emmert is the judge of the 31st District Court in Texas.[1] He joined the court in 1999.[2] He was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[3]

Emmert received his bachelor's degree from West Texas State University and a J.D. from Oklahoma City University.[4]
