Steven Royse Zweigart
Steven Royse Zweigart was a 2014 candidate for the 19th District Court, which presides over Bracken, Fleming, and Mason counties in Kentucky.

Zweigart ran for election to the 19th District Court.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 45.1 percent of the vote. He competed against incumbent Judge Frank H. McCartney.

Education
Zweigart received a B.A. in sociology and anthropology from Transylvania University in 1982. From the University of Kentucky, he earned a B.A. in secondary education - biology in 1986 and an M.S. in secondary education - science in 1987. He received his J.D. from Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1991.[2]

Prior to his career in law, Zweigart was a high school teacher.[2]
