Steven Ruble

Steven Ruble was a Minnesota Seventh Judicial District judge for Mille Lacs County, Minnesota. Judge Ruble was appointed to this position in 1986. He was elected to full terms in 1988, 1994, 2000 and 2006. He retired from the court in November 2011.[1]

Education

Ruble received his B.A. degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in 1968 and his J.D. degree from the Washington University School of Law in 1973.[2]

Career

Ruble began his legal career in 1974 as a private practice lawyer. He worked in this capacity until his judicial appointment in 1986. He also worked as a Deputy Examiner of Titles (1975-1986), an Assistant Mille Lacs County Attorney (1975-1977) and a Milaca City Attorney (1982-1986).[2]
