Steven Servaas was a district court judge for the 63rd District Court, which presides over the cities of Rockford and Grand Rapids in Kent County, Michigan.[1] He was elected to the court and assumed office in January 1973.[2] Servaas retired at the end of his last term on December 31, 2014.[3]

Education

Servaas received his undergraduate degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and his J.D. degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 1969.[2]

Career

After graduating from law school in 1969, Servaas served as an assistant prosecutor for the Kent County Prosecutor's Office, until he joined the 63rd District Court in January 1973.[2]
