Specifically, Steven is passionate about tax reform, helping the lower class rise and upholding and defending both the US and Michigan Constitution
I look up to our current officeholder in the 82nd District, Gary Howell. He truly fights for the people of our district and ensures that nothing will happen that will negatively affect them. I also look up to Ted Cruz for his tireless fight against those looking to trample the Constitution of the United States
The first historical event that happened in my lifetime that I can clearly remember was 9/11. I remember the school going on lockdown and us going home early. I remember listening to the events as they unfolded on the radio. I was in 5th grade at the time so I was ten years old. I remember watching and rewatching the planes hit the Twin Towers once I got home. Even at ten years old watching in disbelief.
Steven's very first job ever was working as a Cashier at McDonald's when he was seventeen years old. He held this position for approximately two and a half years before moving on for a higher paying job.
I don't see any benefits in having a unicameral state legislature. The reason that our State and our Country is a bicameral legislature is to ensure the process of checks and balances. This is the most efficient way to ensure that the rights of the people are not being infringed. Not necessarily.
Not necessarily. Our founding fathers intended for it to be normal everyday people who represent their district, state, and country. I believe being in politics for too long can cloud your judgement.
Absolutely. Just like in any business it is always beneficial to network with others regardless of whether they are like-minded or not.
I favor redistricting when the population is fairly distributed for each district.
