Stewart Andrew was a district court judge for the San Juan County District Court in San Juan County, Washington.[1] He was first elected in 1998. Andrew retired on January 11, 2019.[2][3][4]

Andrew received his bachelor's degree from the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis in 1972, going on to receive his J.D. from the Golden Gate University School of Law in 1980.[2]
