Measure U: Shall the appropriations limit of the Stinson Beach County Water District for Fiscal Year 2010-2011 be established at $961,250, and should the limit for that Fiscal Year (i.e., $961,250) be used to determine the limits for Fiscal Years 2011-2012 through 2013-2014?[1]
