Four Stow City Local Liquor Option questions were on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Summit County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

The first question permits the sale of beer, wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor by Staybridge Suites hotel operating on Steels Pointe Drive, Stow, Ohio.

The second question permits the Sunday sale of wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor by the same Staybridge Suites hotel.

The third question permits the sale of beer, wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor by Gerald Spuzzillo operating a restaurant on Steels Pointe Drive, Stow, Ohio.

The fourth question permits the Sunday sale of wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor by the same Gerald Spuzzillo.[1]

Language on the ballot for the first question:

Shall the sale of beer, wine and mixed beverages, and spirituous liquor be permitted by Riley Hotel Group, L.L.C., dba Staybridge Suites, an applicant for a D-5A liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a hotel at 4351 Steels Pointe Drive, Stow, Ohio 44224 in this precinct?[2]

Language on the ballot for the second question:

Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of eleven a.m. and midnight by Riley Hotel Group, L.L.C., dba Staybridge Suites, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a hotel at 4351 Steels Pointe Drive, Stow, Ohio 44224 in this precinct?[2]

Language on the ballot for the third question:

Shall the sale of beer, wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor be permitted by Gerald Spuzzillo, an applicant for a D-5 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a restaurant at 4200 Steels Pointe Drive, Stow, Ohio 44224 in this precinct?[2]

Language on the ballot for the fourth question:

Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of ten a.m. and midnight by Gerald Spuzzillo, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a restaurant at 4200 Steels Pointe Drive, Stow, Ohio 44224 in this precinct?[1][2]
