A Strawberry Recreation District Bond Issue, Measure T ballot question was on the November 4, 2014 election ballot for voters in the Strawberry Recreation District in Marin County, California. It was approved.

Measure T authorized the district to increase its debt by $3.5 million through issuing general obligation bonds in that amount in order to construct a new Strawberry District Community Building and upgrade, update and renovate the district's Main Building. District officials estimated the annual additional property tax rate required to repay these bonds to be $14 per $100,000 of assessed property value.[1][2]

The proposed project to replace the Community Building and upgrade the Main Building of the district was designed to cost $4.5 million - $3.3 million to replace the Community Building and $1.2 million for other upgrades and renovations. The Measure T bond issue was set to fund $3.5 million of this cost, with the remaining $1 million coming from district-generated funds, grants and additional corporate and community fundraising.[2]

Voters rejected a $7 million dollar bond measure - Measure J - in 2013 seeking funds to make renovations and improvements to facilities and infrastructure in the district.[2]

A 55 percent supermajority vote was required for the approval of Measure T.
