Stuart David Bear
Stuart David Bear was a judge for the Connecticut Appellate Court. He retired from the court when he reached the mandatory retirement age of 70 on May 6, 2014. Governor Dan Malloy nominated Raheem L. Mullins as his replacement.[1] Bear was appointed by Governor M. Jodi Rell in March 2010 and confirmed one month later by the Connecticut General Assembly.[2]
Education
Bear received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.[2]
