Stuart Peim

Stuart Peim is a judge on the criminal division of Vicinage 12 Superior Court in New Jersey, which serves Union County.[1] He joined the court in 1999 and was reappointed with tenure in 2006. He may serve until he reaches the mandatory retirement age in 2022.[2]
Education
Piem received a bachelor's degree in political science from the City College of New York in 1973, and a J.D. from Rutgers Camden School of Law.[3]
Career
Prior to his judicial appointment, Piem worked as a private practice attorney at Riker, Danzig, Sherer, Hyland & Peretti, starting in 1987. He also held two federal clerkships.[3]
