A Sugarcreek Village Income Tax Renewal question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Tuscarawas County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the Village of Sugarcreek to renew an income tax levy of up to 0.5% in order to pay debts accrued from the Village sewer treatment plant and to fund general purpose.[1]
