For voters who are absentee your web site is indispensable. It saves me hours of research and helps inform me as to the specifics of each issue or candidate. I highly recommend this to the absentee voter community. Thank You!

Become a Ballotpedia Volunteer
The Ballotpedia Volunteer Program was launched in April 2020 with the goal of giving Ballotpedia readers an opportunity to work with Ballotpedia staff to achieve our goal of solving the ballot information problem in the United States. We believe every voter deserves the information they need to make informed voting choices, no matter the level of office. Since the program began, our volunteers have helped us get closer to that goal! To become a part of our volunteer community and receive notice of upcoming projects and community hangouts, sign up here. Questions? Email volunteer@ballotpedia.org.
Apply for a Ballotpedia Fellowship
The Ballotpedia Fellows program was founded in June 2020 in response to the lack of meaningful service opportunities available to high school and undergrad students due to the coronavirus pandemic. This virtual volunteer fellowship aims to help students develop research skills and subject matter expertise while working directly with Ballotpedia staff to earn community service hours. The program runs three times each year and accepts applications during spring, summer, and fall. Students who are interested in applying for the program can email fellows@ballotpedia.org to receive applications for the upcoming class.
Work for Ballotpedia
Ballotpedia is a team of fast learners who are eager to work hard to make the world a better place. We believe the world would be a better place if every voter cast an informed vote in every election in which he or she is eligible to vote. We work to present the available information about elections, candidates, judges, ballot measures, and more in a way that enables our readers to vote with confidence and to act as engaged citizens outside of the polling booth. If you are interested in joining our team, click here to see if there is an open position that’s right for you!
