Supreme Court arguments to be televised?

Washington, D.C.: The U.S. Senate is considering a bill that would require formal arguments of the Supreme Court of the United States to be televised. The bill passed a Senate committee on April 29th, 13 to 6, and was sponsored by Sen. Arlen Specter (D-Pa.).[1]
