Supreme Court denies appeal in 2002 shooting case

BILLINGS, Montana: On August 30, 2011, the Montana Supreme Court denied Richard Edwards appeal for a new trial.
Richard Edwards was sentenced in March 2010 by a Stillwater County jury to 100 years in prison for deliberate homicide and 10 years for evidence tampering. Edwards was convicted for the 2002 shooting death of a co-worker at a Rapelje hog farm.[1]
