Susan Broyles
Susan Broyles is a former judge for the Conejos County Court in Colorado. She was appointed by Democratic Governor John Hickenlooper in October 2013.[1] Broyes retired on January 10, 2017.[2]
Education
Broyles earned her undergraduate degree from Adams State College and her J.D. from the University of Denver.[1]
Career
Previously, Broyles worked with pro bono clients concerning torts, contracts, business formation and dissolution, traffic and misdemeanor offenses, collections and insurance. Before that she worked as a reading and writing teacher in an inner-city school for ten years. In the past, she represented the Department of Corrections as a special assistant attorney general. She's also worked in private practice, focused on product liability and negligence, business formation and dissolution, contracts and discrimination cases.[1]
