  • 250 YEARS OF THE USA is around the corner, 2026. UNITED WE STAND! We need to REALLY come into the NEW MILLENNIUM... not with bandaid, but with real change... Its time to cleaning house. We need to get rid of frivolous laws and regulations, bring our documents up- to- date, and recommit to our promise of being, of the people, for the people, by the people and I add for the betterment of the people. Then we can hold our head high and really celebrate together in 2026.
  • BRING BACK FAMILIES. We've come a long way in the journey of women joining the workforce and becoming a true participant in society, but we've lost the family in the process. We can easily be parents first, it's great training for future jobs. You learn to lead, negotiate, organize, work on a budget, improvise, handle crisises and be level-headed and flexible all at the same time 24 hour a day. We need to make things easier for families and mothers, to succeed, because happy and healthy children are the final goal of a family. Currently its being treated as a hobby, ad we see the results, addiction, gun violence, rapes, recklessness. A Stay-at-Home Mother is a career choice, its time to pay us for our/their important work.
  • UPCYCLE THE MILITARY- it's time to, INVEST in the U. S. with No New Taxes. We got everything we need to fix up our country's infrastructure in the military budget. Let's get ourselves ready for the next 250 years. We need THE PEOPLE to help. You're invited to SIGN UP for your part of Community Service. There will be training and working together as a community in your hometown, in your neighboring state, all across the United States. This land is your, land this land is my land, let's bring out its full potential and beauty together. UNITED WE STAND
HUMAN POTENTIAL we are not helping our children by not asking more from them.

One way is to utilize the APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM more. It helps children move from school to work easier with less stress, more pride in a good & useful job, easier adjustment to adulthood. Today we are overwhelming our children with life stresses and in a system rigged to only a few ways of learning, working. We can do better for all our children.

These programs help keep a lot of kids in school, out of trouble & give them purpose. It helps to keep kids out of Juvenile Detention too, because they will be doing & learning things they love.

Not everyone is good at book learning, college is not the only answer.

It's time to HELP ALL OUR CHILDREN to have a GOOD START.

Apprenticeships are good for businesses too.

Less Stress = Well Adjusted Kids = Happy Parents = Skilled Work Force
MY MOM, SHE did a lot in her life, made tough choices, over came obstacles & I stood by all her decisions.

My MOM was/is a MOM also to my brother & sister, plus Wife, Daughter, Artist, Secretary, Girl Scout Volunteer, Ballet, Baseball & Swiming Taxi Driver, she raised 3 kids & dogs on military bases & then made the transition to civilian life during her ACTIVE MOTHERING TIME.

SHE always was there, living within the society rules & maintained her INTEGRITY.

Sadly, HER first Husband was abusive. At a time when women were not supposed to get divorced, in the USA in late 50's, My MOM did the unthinkable & got divorced. SHE knew her worth as a human being & was not going to tolerate THAT behavior.

SHE then met & married my Father, sadly the young couple lost their first child/pregnancy to miscarriage, but they soon were pregnant again. My sister was born &my MOM's life as MOM began.

Life in the military was/is not so easy on Families. In the 60's with Wives being left alone for months at a time while their military Husbands are deployed somewhere, knowing they were put in harm's way, but not knowing if they, the husband would arrive back safe, raising a Family was/is LIKE BEING A SINGLE MOM, on edge. This was life before mobile phones & email, communication was not easy back then.

Always there, but never hovering was HER parenting style.

My MOM participated in Mom's & Wives clubs & Church activities, organizing events & volunteered.

When my Father was around, he suffered with PTSD, from work in Vietnam. Eventually, he retired from the Airforce & our Family settled in Pittsford, NY

IN 1976 the USA celebrated its 200 year Anniversary, the Bicentennial.

3 teenagers at home, she helped us all with our school work, clubs& activities while doing art, working F/T at the American Cancer Society & sitting on Executive Boards & Committees.

Recently she became a Great-Grandmother

I love you MOM. THANK YOU for being MY MOM
Integrity, Leadership, Honesty, Courage, Disciplined, Do'er, Team Player, Creative, Good Listener, and a PARENT because they have REAL LIFE TRAINING they can pull an all nighter, negotiate with irrational people, expect the unexpected, they are prepared always for anything, able to handle crisis situations & stay calm, multi task when needed, prioritize, take responsibility, support & nurture but most importantly they are committed to leaving the country & world a bit better for their children, & their children's, children.

Empathy is also good & someone who can see the BIG PICTURE.

An Optimist & a Dreamer is best.

Someone who can bring out the BEST in themselves & in others...
A MORE PEACEFUL UNION. I got into politics to PROMOTE PEACE, so that should be MY LEGACY.

PEACE BEGINS WITH YOU

...that means LESS STRESS in your life. Nothing would make me happier than that. Life is about PURSUING YOUR HAPPINESS, not chasing paper.

I call it, a REVOLUTION in LIFESTYLE.

We can GO FORWARD WITHOUT MONEY, we only have 2 neighboring countries so this would be easy. All we are doing anyway is just moving money back & forth, there is no longer a need for it.

Everyone SHOULD CONTINUE to do their current jobs 2 days a week, on the 3rd day you help train another person at your work, an apprentice. On the 4th day you "pay your taxes with time" doing your community service in your town or city. Your taxes pay for a roof over your head, food in your the grocery store, clothing at the shop, home decor/electronics, running clean water, garbage management, sewage service, good roads, medical care for all & all ages including dental. gas at the pump. Internet all is paid for by your community service. Everyone is needed to do something starting at 6 years old. No money no bills, no paperwork. Community elders & interested people will work in Government Offices like a Townhall. There life events will be recorded, so births, deaths, reaching adulthood, marriage, residence changes, town projects, voting, etc. You go there to report any major changes in your life, and anything else from the list above. They are also a travel agent, if you stay within the USA you have a card, you show it at the grocery store or home furnishing store then you can take any thing you want from the stores, if you want to go to Paris, France, you go to your Townhall, tell them, they will organize it for you & give you money to spend. Every town will try be as pollution/litter free as possible. Life long learning is free.

Currently, we spend too much time on needless & unfulfilling tasks, why? For who?

...it's time to SAVE TREES, ENJOY OUR LIVES & HELP ONE ANOTHER.
I remember the WAR PROTESTERS in California at the military bases, when I was I guess 5 or 6 years old. They were protesting the Vietnam War. We would go off the military base somewhere and coming back and there would be people outside the gates and fences holding signs up SHOUTING, "NO MORE WAR." Then I remember my father yelling out the window, "get a haircut" to the protesters.

With that said, the AFGHANISTAN WAR just ended. It was a few months LONGER THAN VIETNAM, but where are the protests? Where are the protest songs? Did we the people decided WAR is okay now?
My first job I started when I was 16 years old at Wegman's Grocery Store, in Fairport, NY, in the Bakery and then they quickly moved me to the Cheese Department, part time off and on during school breaks, for 3 years.

Or does selling Girl Scout cookies count?
Lately, its, "SINGING THE LIVING TRADITION"

It's the Unitarian Universalist's song, thoughts & prayer book. I got it about 4.5 years ago and read every page. it's VERY INSPIRATIONAL, I could not put it down. It's got poems, songs & prayers from around the world & something from most major religions too.

It's a UNITING BOOK and a UNITING RELIGION.
The DRUG ADDICTION CRISIS in the USA

It's sapping the USA of GOOD PEOPLE & stealing their HUMAN POTENTIAL.

Currently drugs are being used in a "STREET WAY." We need to change that, it's a one way street to PRISON, that's got to STOP. We need citizens who are "PURSUING HAPPINESS!" ...NOT prisoners.

We got BIGGER PROBLEMS COMING.

People are being DISPLACED by COMPUTERS, ROBOTS, TECHNOLOGY, SO,"PPROGRESS"
If we have a problem currently, we will definitely have EVEN MORE DRUG USE over the next 10 years. We can, keep locking people up, or we can give the people what they want ...DRUGS, but they get them on our terms.

We need REHABILITATION CENTERS & HAPPINESS(EXPERIENCE) CENTERS, some people need to stop their addiction because its destroying their lives, & learn how to manage it. While others who want to try drugs for enjoyment, can & have a good, safe experience.

HAPPINESS CENTERS where we learn how to enjoy drugs in a safe way. AKA DISTRIBUTION CENTER like a SPA/MEDICAL TREATMENT CENTER you go in, tell the Host, "I/WE want to do "XYZ" drug tonight." Next you go to a room with art supplies, musical instruments & other things for fun & relaxation. You are given the drug & you enjoy it for the night in a safe way, a responsible way, that keeps you & others safe& off the road.

MEDICAL STAFF will be on duty to give the drugs & are around for any medical emergencies

BABYSITTING and ANIMAL CARE available

CONCERTS/FESTIVALS temporary spa set-up

Let's stop denying it ...PEOPLE DO DRUGS.

Instead of letting the STREET USER/DRUG DEALER show us how to use them on the street, creating a public nuisance for all, IT'S TIME, TO TAKE CHARGE & create a GOOD WAY to enjoy.

WITH THIS PLAN we can control it & most importantly TEACH CONTROL, rather than unleashing it to the public & then having the Police deal with it. We need happy healthy citizens not criminals.

...it's the SAFEST WAY & then "WE THE PEOPLE" will have HUMAN POTENTIAL, AGAIN.
DRUG ADDICTION HAPPENS

There are many roads to getting addicted,

1:a Child is doing sports at school, they get injured, end up in the hospital, they are offered strong PAIN KILLERS, so they get addicted

2:a Child is doing sports at school, for the school, they want to PERFORM BETTER, they get on drugs that make them faster, stronger, so they get addicted

3: Men want to be BETTER LOVERS, some drugs help with lasting longer, being bigger or give a more intense feeling, so they get addicted

4: Women want a BETTER SEX EXPERIENCE, some drugs offer that, so then they get addicted

5: People ARE CURIOUS & if their colleague, friends, neighbor, cousin is doing it.. they might try it, if they like it enough...they might keep doing it more until they are addicted

6:a Child is depressed, they are put on drugs to help them TO FEEL BETTER, they like feeling better, they eventually get addicted

7: Death of a loved one, MISSING SOMEONE or SOMETHING can lead to drug use & addiction

8: Mental issues, frustration & want to ESCAPE YOUR WORLD, can lead to drug use & addiction

9: For creativity, to EXPAND YOUR MIND can lead to drug use & addiction

10: Certain Childhood Medical conditions about CONCENTRATION, like ADHD get children on drugs & can lead to drug use & addiction

11: TRAMATIC or FORCED EXPERIENCES that were disturbing to you, REMEMBERING PAST EVENTS, can lead to drug use & addiction

12: BETTER JOB PERFORMANCE, pushed into it by your employer, can lead to drug use & addiction

13: BOREDOM the want of something to do, can lead to drug use & addiction

14:Media/books makes drug use LOOK GLAMOROUS...

These things CAN lead to OVER USE & eventually to ADDICTION.

Then sadly TRUST GETS BROKEN between Spouses, Workers, Friends, Family, Parent-Child relationships, even your Animals might not like you on drugs. DESPAIR SETS IN & a downward spiral begins

Prevention & self control is the key to PROPER USE & ENJOYMENT
WE THE PEOPLE have 4 years to get ready for the 250 ANNIVERSARY of our country's formation.

We are STILL CREATING A "MORE PERFECT UNION" including A UNITED UNION. It's time to turn our strength & attention back home, focus on US, the UNITED STATES of AMERICA

RECYCLING, RENEWING & REPURPOSING our Military, is the best way forward with this project. We move to a DEFENSIVE STRATEGY, MILITARILY, then with lots of trained personnel, resources & funding available, we can get the job done

BUT we also need YOU, THE PEOPLE of the USA to do YOUR PART

TO START every town needs an organizing committee to keep things moving forward

We'll begin with JOB TRAINING, then move to roads, bridges, townhalls, towncenters & planning celebrations & commemorative sculptures with country wide & local heros

The QUESTION, what does MAIN STREET USA look like& what does CELEBRATING OUR DIVERSITY look like, to you?

TAXES can/will be paid with YOUR TIME SPENT on the project, making our country "a MORE PERFECT UNION" as promised in our Constitution

PEOPLE CAN CHOOSE not to be a part too, but then they will need to pay "NOT PARTICIPATING" TAXES

WORK on this project is P/T or F/T depending on YOU & your life situation, are you currently AN ACTIVE or FOSTER PARENT or do you have kids that are 0-13 years old? Your work as a Parent is important

Funding will come from the Military Budget, Taxes & Donations

--
A SEPARATE BILL PROPOSAL

Buchser-Lochocki's campaign website stated the following:

WOMENS HEALTH CARE

The RIGHT to CHOICE

Susan Buchser-Lochocki is truly passionate about this issue, as it is one that impacts so many GIRLS and WOMEN in the USA and all over the world.
For HER The Only Way Forward is with CHOICE.
"You choose for yourself what you believe to be correct staying within your belief your religion. I choose for myself what I believe to be correct staying within my belief and my religion.
Abortion needs to be legal the entire pregnancy and through the birth.
It's the only way forward. " says Lochocki

The single biggest pollutant FOUND EVERYWHERE on the planet; they are in lakes, rivers, beaches, in parking lots, sidewalks, streets and even in your own yard sometimes are... cigarette butts, or better the filters from them. They get eaten by wildlife and choke our waters till the fish die off.

...and are also the leading cause of forest fires. It happens when people toss them out of a moving car's window while they are still burning.

"I'm writing this here, to bring awareness to this very human caused problem, I dont think people are aware of the problems caused by cigarettes butts, and the solution is so simple," Lochocki says,

"Use an ashtray."

"If you smoke its anyways an expensive habit, so you have the money to invest in an ashtray, for your car or for the beach." She says, "PLEASE, just use an ashtray." It's for your safety, my safety and for mother nature too... THANK YOU ❤

Susan Buchser-Lochocki is proud to support and push for change throughout the community on this topic. This is a very serious issue we need to stop the pollution, in the air and on the ground.

EDUCATION

For a Better Future

This particular issue has been gaining coverage all over the USA. "...but, it's time to stop discussing it and do the changes, the tough work and change this broken, out dated system we call the USA educational system." Says Susan Buchser-Lochocki.

"Not everyone needs to go to college."

And continues, "The hands on, "learning by doing" approach to a fulfilling career is working well all over Europe. Instead of kids being in debt by the time they are 18 years old, these kids have enough money in the bank to go on vacations with their friends and pay for it themselves because they did a kind of work-study program, where they earned money while learning their trade. (I should mention this program is a big help to small businesses too.)"Lochocki goes on to say,

"GREED is NOT GOOD, and it doesn't belong in our educational system."

"We need to move to a more Apprenticeship style of education. There are so many benefits, the stress of transitioning to work/a job disappears with this educational approach." she says,"less stress equals, LESS SHOOTINGS."
"It's just a WIN - WIN for ALL."
What needs to be done.. we need to abolish High School as we know it, currently the High School system favors certain intelligences over other ones. By replacing it with an Apprenticeship Program starting at 13 and 14 kids start learning about jobs and what they're capable of, where their intelligence skill set is.
"Building good confidence"
Learning about different careers they go and do days where they spend time at different careers to see what they're like it's a take your child to work day but your child also goes with other people too to their offices to see what they do and how they do it. Teachers guide them to go into careers that are suited to them , along with the parents and the child . Then they learn how to write a resume and a cover letter and them they go on interviews they do some testing out different working conditions the employer checks them out to see if they have good work ethic and then they get a job an Apprenticeship.

it's for 3 years and each year they get a little more responsibility as they work. for 3 days a week it's the job training and earn a little salary and the other two days they go to classes to learn the things they need to learn for the career choice.

At the end of the three years we can in each town can have a West Virginia Day Celebration where the MAYOR greets all the kids who finish their apprenticeship program and are turning 18 and they can WELCOME THEM INTO ADULTHOOD. There can even be a Prom at that time and a little graduation ceremony Etc.
"This will help kids make a transition to adulthood easier". says Lochocki
What it means is that the kids won't be spending 24 hours a day together at school and online. They have a little break from the pressures of being a teenager, They also learn how to behave around adults because they're in the Working World and then we'll have more respectful young people who are ready for the challenges of adulthood.

Lochocki is pushing for change, and is doing everything she can to see a brighter future for ALL OUR CHILDREN.[2]
