Biography
Susan Hutchinson attended Quincy University, where she received her B.A. degree in political science in 1971. She then received her J.D. degree from DePaul University School of Law in 1977.[1] Hutchinson worked as an Assistant State's Attorney in McHenry County from 1977 to 1981. She then served as a judge in the 19th Judicial Circuit Court from 1981 until November 1994, when she was elected as a judge in the Appellate Court, Second District.[1]
