Susan Johns
Susan Johns was a Democratic candidate for District 17 on the Louisville, Kentucky City Council. Previously, she was a member of the Kentucky State Senate from 1990-1994 and a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives from 1996-2000.[1] In 2012 she was a Democratic candidate for District 48 of the Kentucky House of Representatives. She lost to Bob M. DeWeese (R) in the 2012 general election.

The city of Louisville, Kentucky held elections for mayor and city council on November 4, 2014. A primary election took place on May 20, 2014.[2][3] In District 17, incumbent Glen Stuckel (R) was unopposed in the Republican primary, while Susan Johns (D) was unopposed in the Democratic primary. Stuckel defeated Johns in the general election.[4][5]

2012
Johns ran in the 2012 election for Kentucky House of Representatives District 48. She ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on May 22, 2012, and was defeated by incumbent Bob M. DeWeese (R) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[6][7]
