Susan L. Greenberg is a judge of the San Mateo County Superior Court in California. She was elected to the court after winning the June 3, 2014, primary, and was set to take office on January 5, 2015. Governor Jerry Brown appointed her to the court in September 2014 so that she could take office early. Her term expires on January 4, 2021.[1][2][3]

Greenberg ran for election to the San Mateo County Superior Court.
Primary: She was elected in the primary on June 3rd, 2014, receiving 71.76 percent of the vote. She competed against Jeffrey B. Hayden.

Education

Greenberg received her undergraduate degree from Claremont McKenna College in 1981, and she earned her J.D. from Hastings College of Law in 1984.[4]

Career

Greenberg was the San Mateo County Court Commissioner from 2000 to 2014. Prior to that, she was an attorney in private practice. Her first position in her legal career was as a deputy district attorney in the San Mateo County District Attorney's office.[4]
