Susan L. Hubbard
Susan L. Hubbard is a judge of the Michigan 3rd Circuit Court. She assumed office in 2011. Her current term ends on January 1, 2029.
Hubbard ran for re-election for judge of the Michigan 3rd Circuit Court. She won in the general election on November 8, 2022.
Biography
Hubbard received a B.A. from Wayne State University in 1985 and a J.D. from the Detroit College of Law in 1991. Prior to graduating from law school, she served as a Dearborn councilwoman from 1985 to 1989. Hubbard began her legal career in 1991 as a trial attorney practicing in the Wayne County probate, family, criminal, and district courts. She also worked as a tribunal mediator and a representative for social security disability claimants. She was a Wayne County commissioner from 1989 to 2004.[1]

Michigan held general elections for local judicial offices on November 8, 2016. A primary election occurred on August 2, 2016.
