Susan M. Svetkey was a judge for Position 16 of the Oregon 4th Judicial District Circuit Court. She left office on January 6, 2025.

Svetkey won re-election for the Position 16 judge of the Oregon 4th Judicial District Circuit Court outright in the primary on May 15, 2018, after the general election was canceled.

Education

Judge Svetkey earned a B.A. in psychology from New York University and an M.A. in education from the University of Oregon. Later she earned her J.D. from the University of Oregon.[1]

Career

Before her post as circuit court Judge Svetkey worked as an attorney in private practice, for the Juvenile Rights Project, the Metropolitan Public Defenders, and the Juvenile Law Center.[1]
