Susan Maulucci is a judge for the Twelfth Circuit Court in Florida. She was elected to the court in 2014 for a term beginning on January 6, 2015, and expiring on January 4, 2021.[1]

Maulucci ran for election to the Twelfth Circuit Court.
Primary: She was successful in the primary on August 26, 2014, receiving 59.32 percent of the vote. She competed against Art Jackman. [1][2]

Education

Maulucci received both her undergraduate and J.D. degrees from the University of Florida in 1979 and 1982, respectively.[3]

Career

From 2004 until her judicial election in 2014, Maulucci served as a general magistrate in Manatee County. Prior to that, she worked as an attorney in private practice. Maulucci began her legal career as a prosecutor for the state of Florida.[3]
