Susan Bieke Neilson (1956-2006) was a federal judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.

Neilson was nominated to the Sixth Circuit by President George W. Bush on February 14, 2005, to a seat vacated by Cornelia Kennedy; she was confirmed by the Senate on October 27, 2005, and received commission on November 9. She served until her death on January 25, 2006.[1]
